:: Lesson 1

There’s a (very specific) reason why we include the modules in this particular order.
DO NOT skip lessons even if you think you know this already or have done this already… Trust. 🙂
As for the spreadsheet mentioned in the video, Toggl is no longer offering the free spreadsheet. Go ahead and try Rescue Time and Time Doctor and attach that to an email and send it to me for review!
:: Lesson 2
In Lesson 1 we got a little clearer on where your day and weeks are going. And wow, it becomes pretty eye-opening when it’s in black and white on a spreadsheet, isn’t it?
Keep up the time tracking every day, because we’re going to build on that and having that data will help you make decisions.

:: Lesson 3
Now that you’ve deleted things off your list and your team’s list, it’s time to create and optimize systems and processes
Use this process as your template to start making your first (or next) process (simply click “file” copy).
Then this video will show you how to keep your processes organized so that you can either share your entire manual or individual processes with your team members.
There are a ton of complex systems software products on the market you can use but to be perfectly honest, google docs and a google spreadsheet to link them all up in is by far my favorite so far (especially for sharing with a dispersed team).
:: Lesson 4
It’s super important to integrate this to your current (and future) systems and to get your team on board with this in order to keep everyone’s time (and costs) down.
We’re talking about automation and time saving techniques!
As you go through this module make sure you look thru your existing processes or ways you currently do things in your business and day to day and ask yourself:
Is there even just 1 or 2 small steps in this process that could be sped up, made less expensive or reduce user error by applying automation?
Heads up: don’t discredit the ones that *only* shave 10 minutes off your time. It *all* counts. And if your hour is worth $1000/hour, 10 minutes is hella worth shaving. 😉

When it comes to tools and apps, LESS IS MORE. Only use them if they will save you time or money. Otherwise, lose them.
:: Lesson 5
Whether you’ve already hired several times before, or you’re brand new to hiring, Lesson 5 will get you super clear on who, when and how to do it so that it’s 99% effective.
Reminder: without Lessons 1-4 in place in your business, I don’t recommend you execute Lesson 5. There’s a reason for each and every module and for the order they’re in. One step at a time! 🙂
