- This seems so silly but please go over Google Sheets – specifically I am having issues with the First 50 sheet. I want to put multiple links in the box but they look all jumbled and not clean and neat. When I press enter to put it on the next line within the same box it goes to the next box. I’m so terrible at navigating these files! I’d love a quick and dirty run over using google sheets.

- I signed up for ECWID and stipe. I also have square, PayPal, and Venmo for my business. Can you give me advice on exactly what to do if I finish a sales call with someone who states they are in and want to buy. Should I ask them how they want to pay and then send them an invoice from that specific entity? I’ve never done any invoicing or anything like this- I purchased many times from Venmo and PayPal but I don’t know how it works with ECWID. I sent a test $1.00 to myself- so I’m thinking this is what I do if someone wants to pay via credit card. Is that right? I’m sorry if this is common knowledge but it’s all new to me- asking for money and invoicing. Thanks for walking me through the “accepting payment” process.

- Hi! I am confused about something. In our 1.0 course, do we have concrete start and end dates, and participants join throughout (and those that join say 3 weeks in just get to catch up in the remaining weeks)? Or is it rolling admission, with each person getting the full course length regardless of when they sign up?
- And – when people ask when the course starts, what do I say? I tentatively have a date of March 21st in mind… but if instead, I need to just start the course once I have a certain number of people enrolled, I am worried that this will not feel concrete enough for the people that have already paid me. Please advise.
- Hi again- here is my second area of confusion: If my public FB group is a place that I tell people to join me because this is where I help people…. how often should I share ideas/tricks? I certainly don’t want to give it all away for free in this group, but of course, I also want to extend help and an idea of my offerings within this platform.

- I would like to start building my Meditation and Hypnosis session audios. These audios would prepare students for their Expressive Arts Experience. . I love the Brain.fm app so much that I would like to use that as a background? Or something similar. Where should I start to do a recording like this?
Suggestions would be great. Is there a recommendation for a specific microphone as I assume I will need a good one eventually for Zooms and or Podcast? - All these apps and sights add up financially…is there a business package for small businesses. For example, I have Color Story, Canvas, Brain.fm…etc, etc…you get my point…Any ideas?

- Email templates- So I have a contact list of about 250 people. I write a newsletter to them every month, and they know my particular voice when it comes to emails. I have told them that a new course is coming and that I’d update them once it was time to do so. I’ve read and reread the email templates that you’ve offered… but none of them feel like a fit. I want to say more… Like: here is what I’ve created, here is who I can help, here is how to take the next step (call to action).
Can I just write my own email or would you advise against it? - Do you have advice or guidance on how to name our private FB group? I am working on a public FB group that will probably be called “Energy for Exhausted Women”. But the private one….? Maybe “Radiant Energy for Women?”
- Yes- can we talk one more time about time frame for launching? I know if I do a quick cash injection I’ll launch probably within the next 3 weeks. If I don’t, could I launch by end of March, or is that unlikely? I’m trying to sort out for myself if I need to do the CQI enough to hurry right now, or if I can take a breath and slow down just a pinch, and start maybe 2 weeks later.

- I am working on my 8-week outline. For content: do I start working on it after my next review? I am hoping to get feedback this week. Content: best to create videos or write them down blog style? Or both? I find it easiest to talk/record and later transcribe into the text if needed.
- I want to know when and how I should start marketing my course – now or after my outline is complete? I am confused about this process and how to do it.
- I feel what I have is too basic for a course; this sets it up for future courses on other topics (so I can go into greater detail) – that is the point yes? If not should I re-do or add more?
